Iceland Airwaves: Virgin Orchestra

Through the combination of the various different musical influences the band has created a unique sound, combining post-punk, electronic music, noise and contemporary classical. Virgin Orchestra is an experimental post-punk band based in Reykjavík. The band released their debut album ‘fragments’ in the spring of this year through Smekkleysa to great critical acclaim.
